at the UN Conference on Sustainable Development recently held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil,  fish were made from hundreds of plastic bottles. these plastic bottles that otherwise would’ve ended up in a landfill were “recycled” into a giant outdoor art installation on Rio’s Botafogo Beach, under the banner “Recicle Suas Atitudes” (“Recycle Your Attitude”). The sculptures take the shape of a school of fish that, are illuminated at night with vibrant colors.
