I arrived at work this morning to the phone ringing off the hook, numerous emails, and a to-do list as long as my arm. Happy Valentine's Day, right?

This past weekend i attended splash, the annual gala thrown by arts umbrella to support their multi-disciplinary arts school. with one well known location on granville island in Vancouver, and two more being established in surrey this year, their fundraising effort was in full swing.
the event took place at performance works on Granville island. The venue was gorgeous, and filled with lively party-goers, live performances, and plenty of art.
