what are the types of profiles?
artists, galleries, auction houses, museums, art schools, foundations and awards can all create searchable profiles. art lovers create private profiles to keep track of my calendar and my favourites.

what if I fall under multiple types of profiles?
are you an art school offering awards? an artist who operates a foundation? an auction house and a gallery? no problem - create a profile for each user type as this will only help you in the long run because you will appear in more search results. we'll link up your profiles.

what if my organization has multiple locations?
well aren't you popular/successful. create separate profiles for each location using different email addresses to set up the account. that way, visitors who search by city will find you in multiple locations and you can create events specific to each profile.

can I have a profile if I'm not from canada but I sell art in canada?
at the moment, only residents of canada or organizations located in canada can create profiles as our search criteria require users to enter a province. if you live outside of canada but are represented by a canadian gallery, please encourage your gallery to create a profile. don't forget you can still create an art lover profile!

can I preview my profile before I submit it?
do you look in the mirror before you leave the house?

there is already a profile under my name.
don't worry. make sure you fill out every field in your profile and choose a profile image that represents your art so that visitors can differentiate you.

how long can my profile be inactive for?
you've got one year starting now.
