My use of archetypes and symbols of traditional beauty as the Object Matter becomes the backdrop for an opposite Subject Matter; a technique based on the exploration of the error and the depiction of interior emotional realities by the untrained artist, as explored by movements like primitivism and Jean Dubuffet's Art Brut.
