INDOOR AND OUTDOOR ART
Internationally acclaimed artist Geert Maas invites the public to explore his exceptional sculpture gardens and indoor gallery, open year-round in Kelowna, Canada.
Together with his wife Elly, he created, owns and operates the Geert Maas Sculpture Gardens and Gallery in Kelowna since 1980. It is the only Sculpture Garden of its kind in British Columbia, featuring one of the largest collections of bronze sculptures in Canada.
“I often create universal simplified images. Many of my pieces examine fundamental social questions and reflect my fascination with the human condition.”
Art lovers will find Maas’ celebrated 2 and 3-dimensional works in various sizes in a wide variety of materials including bronze, aluminum, stainless steel, stoneware, multimedia, acrylic, lacquer, and oils. Art collectors and tourists appreciate this
unique artistic environment featuring the work of one of Canada’s most dynamic and versatile artists.
Geert Maas enjoys an excellent international reputation. His work appears in numerous catalogues, publications, and documentaries. Maas’ art has been shown in New York,
London, Paris, and in prestigious exhibitions in Canada, throughout Europe, Japan and the U.S.A.
