Lisa Wills is a Vancouver artist who works primarily on mylar and considers herself to be an Abstract and Outsider artist. Mostly because she draws like a 6 year old.
Lisa never really liked painting on canvas as it was “too bouncy”. She worked on paper and panel before moving to mylar. Oddly, she liked the absorptive qualities of paper and panel better than canvas but adores the non-absorptive nature of mylar and the liquid pooliness and staining she can achieve.

"What an amazing site! Just what we have needed. I am an arts professional working in multiple venues - education, commercial, non-profit, art practice. I see many diverse resources coming together here without the stigma of site agendas. Nice work!"
